She has over 30 years’ experience in culinary arts working in private clubs, hotels and resorts, and corporate environments, including Walt Disney World. Mary earned a dual associate degree from Sinclair Community College in culinary arts and hospitality management, a bachelor’s degree in business management from Sullivan University and a master’s degree in leadership from Belhaven University. She is currently working on her doctorate in business management at Belhaven University.

Prior to obtaining her degree, Precious attended Dayton Job Corps, where she obtained her General Educational Development credential and State Tested Nursing Aide licensure. Precious is currently pursuing a master’s degree in psychology, with a concentration in Christian counseling.

Tracy has 26 years of experience in the health care field, specializing in critical care and trauma. Her goal is to help develop youth and young adults to become successful in the workforce and accomplish their life goals.

Since he joined the Westover Job Corps team in 2017, Matthew has enjoyed teaching because he is able to help others grow and give back. His professional licensing includes certification in metal inert gas, tungsten inert gas, arc welding and flux cored arc welding. He is dedicated to giving students every opportunity to have a successful career in the welding industry.
